Polly is a Partner and National Head of Catastrophic Injury team at CFG Law. Polly has settled many multi-million-pound catastrophic injury cases, specialising in traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, complex regional pain syndrome and fatal injuries. Her work in this area means that Polly appreciates the trauma and turmoil her clients can be feeling at this time and strives to put in place the early treatment and support them and their family so desperately need.

Polly has vast experience dealing with serious road traffic collisions and has helped support bereaved families after a fatal accident. Her compassionate nature is key to supporting these clients through this difficult time and ensuring that their immediate needs are met, whether this is financially after the main wage earner in a family has been injured or killed, or emotional support to ensure they are coping with a loss or a life-changing injury.

Clients are given Polly’s direct mobile telephone and home visits are provided to ensure her clients’ needs are met as soon as possible. Due to her commitment to offering the best service possible to her clients, Polly has provided civil law training to Police Family Liaison Officers across England and Wales who provide invaluable support to families.
